LOCATION OF DATA PROCESSING

The processing connected to the web services of this site takes place at the aforementioned headquarters (except for hosting aspects provided by the Service Provider) and is handled only by technical personnel, or by any occasional maintenance operators.

No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated outside the company. Personal data provided by users who forward requests for information are used only to perform the service or performance requested and are communicated to third parties only if necessary for this purpose.

Navigation data / cookies

We have reviewed and apply the Provision of the Guarantor Authority for the Protection of Personal Data “Identification of simplified methods for the information and acquisition of consent for the use of cookies” of May 8, 2014 – [web doc no. 3118884] (Published in the Official Gazette no. 126 of June 3, 2014).

PRINCIPLES AND LEGITIMACY OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

User Data in accordance with articles 5-6 of European Regulation 679/2016 are processed in a lawful, correct and transparent manner. They are adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary with respect to the purposes for which they are processed. They are accurate and, if necessary, updated. In accordance with articles 7-8 of European Regulation 679/2016, the User has the right to withdraw their consent at any time. Conditions applicable to the consent of minors in relation to information society services:

The processing of personal data of the minor is lawful if the minor is at least 16 years old. Where the minor is under the age of 16, such processing is lawful only if and to the extent that such consent is given or authorized by the holder of parental responsibility. The data controller makes every reasonable effort to verify in such cases that consent is given or authorized by the holder of parental responsibility over the minor, taking into account the available technologies.

EXISTENCE OF AN AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING PROCESS

The processing does not involve automated decision-making.

TRANSFER OF DATA TO A THIRD COUNTRY OR TO AN INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION

The Data Controller will not transfer personal data to a third country or to an international organization except for those services/components of third parties “embedded” in the site, as described in the paragraphs below with their related policies.

Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google uses the Personal Data collected for the purpose of tracking and examining the use of this Application, compiling reports and sharing them with other services developed by Google. Google may use Personal Data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

    Contact form: The contact forms on the site allow the user to contact the data controller, subscribe to the Newsletter or send their application.
